The Schwollbachhof

…is a bed and breakfast hotel with spacious guest rooms and family-friendly apartments, nestled in the idyllic natural surroundings of the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park. As a guesthouse and meeting place, we offer spacious common areas, a self-catering kitchen, and barrier-free facilities – ideal for families and groups of all kinds. Sustainability and regionality are of utmost importance to us: The hotel combines historic charm with modern, environmentally friendly technology, and we work closely with local partners to ensure our guests are well-cared for. With a large meadow, stream, and forest on the grounds, nature begins directly behind the house – simply for enjoyment, for playing and experiencing, or as a starting point for cycling and hiking excursions.

Our history

The house has been owned by the Frühauf-Hofmann-Manz family for over 150 years. From 2023 to 2025, we extensively renovated the former Pension Manz and will resume hotel operations in 2025.
